An innovative charity model
Where service delivery meets strategic partnership
Real Change Collective intervenes at the earliest stage of a crisis to help protect the wellbeing of migrants and refugees. We build their resilience, and give them the skills, support and strength needed to move forward.
A partnership of six organisations
Our team of charitable organisations have come together to provide an all-in-one tailored service, providing support no matter how big or small.
We are comprised of:
- Arhag Housing Association
- Praxis Community Projects
- Olmec
- Migrants Rights Network
- Doctors of the World
- Iranian Kurdish Women’s Rights Organisation
All delivery partners are experts in their fields, and known in their respective sectors.

Supporting thousands of BME women and girls since 2018
RCC was created in 2018 from a £1 million project funded by Tampon Tax funding from the Department for Digital, Culture, Media & Sport (DCMS) under the UK government.
Our aim is to make a lasting positive impact on the lives of those we help through a diverse range of services. Our success so far continues to feed our ambition.
We have already supported over 1,100 BME women and girls in the UK, and plan to more than double this by March 2020.
